Basics

What makes a row good enough for this Kakobuy sheet?

A stable link, a credible seller history, consistent photos and a price that has not bounced wildly. Anything that fails one of those usually never makes it onto the sheet.

This looks like Kakobuy — who runs it?

It is an independent companion guide. Kakobuy handles accounts, payment, warehousing and shipping; this page only explains how to move from a row to a finished order.

Do rows cost anything to look at?

Nothing. Reading and comparing rows is free; cost begins at the moment you convert one into an order inside Kakobuy.

Buying & payment

Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or JD — which should I pick?

1688 for repeatable basics and wholesale quantity, Taobao for breadth, Tmall for branded stock, JD when you want faster domestic delivery to the warehouse.

How do I avoid the wrong colour or size?

Write the variant in the order note in plain language and request a QC photo of the label before shipping. Guessing costs more time than writing one sentence does.

Can I order when a row's link has expired?

Sometimes. Try pasting the link anyway, or search the item name inside Kakobuy. Rows are refreshed, but marketplaces remove listings without telling anyone.

QC & shipping

What is checked before my parcel ships?

The arrival condition, obvious damage or defects, variations against your order note. Requests like measurements or angled shots stay available if you ask before dispatching.

Can I hold items and ship them together?

Yes — that is the whole point of a warehouse. Combine everything inside the free storage window, and one parcel almost always costs less than a series of small ones.

Why does delivery take longer than the line promises?

Line estimates count transit, not seller dispatch or customs clearance. Domestic leg and customs are the two segments that absorb most surprises.

Money & safety

How should I read the fee maths on an order?

Item price first, then domestic leg, international freight, service fee, and finally customs or extras. Read all five together — looking at one alone misleads.

Is the item price shown here final?

No. It is a snapshot from the listing at review time. Sellers adjust prices, run promotions and change stock, so the order view always has the last word.

What do I do if the parcel goes missing?

Track first, then open a ticket with the tracking number visible in your Kakobuy order. Insured lines behave much better in this situation than untracked economy ones.
